The CNC machining core is often not sprinkled because there is gas in the centrifugal pump, and the gas discharged from the pump can ensure that it can sprinkle water normally; compared with other problems, this problem is relatively easy to deal with.
When CNC high-precision parts are processed by CNC lathes, it is usually a hazard to increase the cohesion. The three-jaw or four-jaw chuck of the CNC lathe is used to tighten the parts, and then the processing of the mechanical parts is terminated. At the same time, it is necessary to make the cutting speed of the mechanical equipment above the clamping force to ensure that the parts do not loosen and reduce the nominal diameter force. The clamping force expands with the increase of the cutting speed, and then decreases.
This kind of work ability of large cnc processing plants makes the mechanical parts stable in the whole process of processing. As everyone knows, after the three-jaw or four-jaw chuck is released, the processed parts will be quite different from the original ones, some irregular patterns and some elliptical shapes, mainly showing relatively large errors.
