The programmer received a numerical control programming task for a part or product. The main tasks included the feasibility analysis of the NC machining process based on the design drawing of the part or product and related technical documents, and the determination of the machining method for the finished part's numerical control machining; the type of the CNC machine was selected. And specifications; determine the processing coordinate system, select fixtures and their auxiliary tools, select tools and tool mounting systems, plan the NC machining program and process routes, divide the processing area, design the contents of CNC machining operations, write NC programs, and perform NC program debugging. Actual processing validation, and finally completes, solidifies and archives all CNC process documents. NC programming can be simply understood as starting from the design drawing of the part until the entire process of NC programming is completed.
